The check in is easy and they can hold your large size luggage behind the counter (ticket will be given to collect later) socks and ear plug were given. Have to carry your luggages up 20 flights of stairs. The hotel is located just outside of the arrival hall of T2, at the bus terminal.

I am not a light sleeper so can sleep ok. Feel way better than a hostel but much less than a hotel. I can sit and move around the pods without feeling uncomfortable (I am 5 foot 2) the blanket is ok.

There is a small tv, no english channels, though if you bring tv fire to watch netflix, will work well. There were disposable sheets (act like a pillow case and bedsheets), that hopefully they would change when they clean the pods. The mattress and pillows feel like they are made of memory foam. The sleeping pods are made of plastic, lower pods are easier to get in and out - even number room (though you can hear people above you). Nice and clean bathroom (4 sinks, 4 toilets and 3 shower room- soap and shampoo are provided in the shower). 1 big size towel will be given in the locker and 1 small bottle of water in the sleeping pod. You will need to use key card to go to bathroom, sleeping pod and open your locker.
